1. Dry Sauna – 175+ degrees for no less than 15 minutes, at least 3 times a week. (I recommend 4 or 5 days a week. Test your limits: 18-20min more regularly. 25min-30min on the rarer, motivated occasions.

3. (For Men) Increase Testosterone Immediately - STOP masturbating, and for some, perhaps less Sex. Semen retention (not ejaculating) Increases Testosterone 150% by day 7 of retention. Higher testosterone is scientifically proven to counter Depression.
4. PURPOSE. Purpose fixes EVERYTHING. Create goals (no matter how small) - and COMPLETE them daily. Accomplish at least one goal every-single-day.

BREAKING: Authorities in Turkey have begun the process of removing and relocating 1,000 Trees 🌳 at Gobekli Tepe!
The Tree roots were destroying Ancient ruins below, AND, were preventing further excavation!
